Best purchase ever I love it. It’s so quiet and it cools my mobile home down very well. I have a 38 year old mobile home and it isn’t easy to cool down but this portable ac with the dual hose does the trick. Also loved how easy it was to set up and install into my window. The app is wonderful love its features and I love that it has a remote and does the isense to get an accurate temperature so that it’s not running when it doesn’t need to be. Definitely worth it and definitely would recommend and purchase again.

This has been a great ac. I've purchased 2 other brands prior and this one the best. Cools room quickly and efficient and much quieter than others. Florida already heating up and great ac during the day keeping room comfortable. Mobile app on phone is very convenient and like the schedule feature.

I purchased this portable AC to keep my office cool in the summer and so far it's been exactly what I needed. It's unbelievably quiet. There is a slight increase in noise when it first starts, but even then it's much quieter than any other portable AC I've used. The app was easy to set up and offers a lot of settings to control conveniently.Everything arrived in great condition and has been running smoothly. However, there was a brief initial period where there was slightly more vibration when it was running. I believe this is just the normal wear-in cycle so run it for a few days if you notice this and it should improve.One important thing to note (with all ACs) is to make sure it's been upright for a while before you first start it up. Mine was delivered upside down so I waited a whole day to turn it on after setting it up just to be safe.

Used in a 300 sq ft bedroom that receives direct sunlight all day in central Florida. Old 8000 BTU unit could not cool the room. After 10 years using the old unit I purchased this monster.It will cool the room from the 90’s to 75 degrees in no time. Fan is strong and powerful. The initial compressor cycle is as loud as my old unit but after the first 15 minutes the unit is whisper quiet. I have not had to drain the machine. App is working well. Using Siri Shortcuts to turn the device on and off.

Great unit works very very well cools a 800 ft.² home nicely. Has a wonderful app for your phone that you can’t control and set timers and schedules and adjust fan speed and temperature.This unit is large and heavy, and the only downfall I would say that it has is that you are extremely limited to where you can install and move the unit.Pick a window and that’s where it stays.Overall, the noise is comparable to a window air conditioner of its size. You are able to direct fan speed and direction as well.I feel it’s definitely worth the upgrade to buy the inverter model.Heat has been 90’s to 100 with limited humidity and this unit works well. You do have to drain the unit, but I have used it every day for two months and have not had to drain it once.

Bought this to keep cool after Hurricane Milton. I have had a couple of different brands of these and this by far worked best. Very easy to setup, window connection is very sturdy. It is very quiet compared to others and cools very well. I honestly wish I had bought the upgrade one that heats as well but otherwise would buy again. Unit is heavy so keep that in mind but is on wheels so easy to move once you have it in place.

UPDATE: It was about a week after I posted this review with a video of the unit running and suddenly it started leaking water-rain water-out of the bottom of the unit. Customer service agreed with me that it is possible for the rain to go through the hose that goes through the window kit and then through the air conditioner and onto the floor. So I need to be home and able to remove the hose from the window every time it rains. Great solution. Nice for almost $600 and I found out a little more than a year later.—————————————————————Bought this a year ago when there were hardly any reviews here on Amazon but I read some elsewhere and together with the description it convinced me that this would be the best one to cool off my 1 bedroom apartment. I didn’t want to have to keep using 2 air conditioners and I had developed a ton of dirt and mold within a year with the last 2 bedroom air conditioners I had bought. So I decided that I needed something that I could take out of the window in the winter months to reduce the dirt and mold collection inside my air conditioners. I had a portable previously before the BCU rating system was changed for portable air conditioners to more accurately reflect how well they performed. My old one was also a single hose setup. It actually made the apartment hotter because it produced more heat with the hose itself than it generated cool air. I had read that dual hoses were better. So this one satisfies that requirement.I don’t know if there’s mold inside obviously but I sniffed at the vents where the air comes out of and didn’t smell anything like in the first portable air conditioner I still have sitting in my living room.This is the first time since moving in 9 years ago that I’ve been without a second air conditioner, so it is definitely doing what I wanted it to do and more.Only issue is that this year I can’t get Alexa to turn the unit back on, though she can turn it off. But there’s enough other ways to turn it on and off, including an app on my Apple Watch. The air conditioner has an app and the remote is also especially useful for the feature called iSense. I highly recommend using this. It acts as a separate, remote thermostat to assist the air conditioner in knowing when to turn the air down. I use it on Auto as well to keep it silent at most times.The air conditioner is very silent after it reaches the temperature you set it at. Apparently my air conditioner is much more powerful than it needs to be for this apartment (I was told my apartment was about 650 square feet, but that was an estimate and this unit is telling me that it’s way off). But I just set the temperature much higher than I actually want it and it really does seem to work well for keeping the whole apartment cool, which I haven’t been able to do all these years with 2 air conditioners that weren’t all that powerful.I feel like having an air conditioner keep working for a year, just as well as the day I got it is a win. I am glad I didn’t listen to my cousin who tried to tell me that a portable probably wasn’t the answer. It was. This unit seems like it will be more reliable than the others I’ve had since moving in to this apartment.I have no complaints, just wish Alexa could turn it on but I think it might just need to be relinked.

Easy to install and so much quieter than last model.We had a black and decker that started leaking after 3 years. After researching, we decided to go with the inverter and man did this not disappoint. The room got down to 67 degrees within an hour and has pretty good blast. It looks sleek - and fits in corner of room. The only real negative is the flexibility of the hose for tight corners - but comes with the duo exhaust territory.Simple. Effective. Sleek.
