It's ok not too good..
The mat is fine I guess however, I found it to be way too slippery once am all sweaty. I mean, I have had other yoga mats that have kept me in place while I did planks and stuff, no matter how sweaty I got, whereas I end up slipping on this one and have to use considerable pressure to not fall on my face...

The mat
It gets dirty very easily and is not removable especially the dust from feet . Length is decent. The quality is also decent. Smell is good. Has good grip with ground. I can do workout on it.
