This product works great the only sad part is that after a few months I now have to order a medium bcuz the large is too big now. But this is a great thing bcuz my waistline is shrinking.

No, no and no. This thing is a nightmare to put on. I have to say once I got it on I did stand straighter but if you have bra buldge, as I do, this product makes my bra buldges look like bra mounds. If you planed to wear it under a skirt or something fitted around the waist make sure you have a half inch to an inch of extra material around the waist on the skirt or dress because the waist trainer adds almost an inch to your normal waistline. The material is thick and with the bones I guess that could be the reason why. I do think it is a very good product. The waist trainer itself is nice and thick and the bones make it very supportive but there has to be an easier way to put this on. I guess once you get used to it it may become easier to snap up but I'm not the patient type.

I loved it for the first week, then the seems start coming undone. Maybe it’s just my luck tho because the material isn’t bad at all, it dose stretch just a bit so I recommend sizing down if you’re on the smaller side of your size and just use the extender until it stretches a bit to wear you can size down without it. Another bad thing though is the back rolls pop out a lot lmao, I recommend pairing it with a body shaper that covers your back if you can. The wires do help with keeping my back straight and they don’t get into the skin.

It’s not bad for the price just wish it was longer but other then that worth it
