Not helium grade, had holes.
I brought these balloons to Party City to get helium put in them. One had a hole in it, the other popped before I even left the store. Highly disappointed in the quality, and now I have to settle for whatever sharks I can find locally.

Burst during inflation!
Both of the balloons popped as soon as we tried to fill them with helium.

Did not rise with helium
We had these inflated at a balloon shop and they wouldn't stay inflated. I'm not sure if they were old or poor quality, but I definitely would not recommend. We ended up purchasing replacements at our local balloon shop.
