I ordered this because I read online that it would make your skin nice and glowy. Well, I havent yet got to the glowy skin phase...but I'm definitely seeing results in other areas. For instance, my hormonal mood swings have been much less intense. And my difficulty sleeping during those hormonal times has improved much, too!! Hooray for hidden treasures! Not giving up on the glowy skin either.

So far this milk thistle supplement has worked the best!

I like this product but it’s a glass bottle in a thin cardboard box. Amazon then puts it in a thin plastic bag which has no protection from glass breaking. They need to box these with bubble wrap or similar.

I can feel a difference when I take them, even just 1 day! Normally that has not been the case for me. These are fantastic!

So pleased to have bought this product and to achieve the results as it stated. I have also blood spots on my arm a d they are gone. This product is a keeper and showed my friends the bottle too.

Can't say I noticed a difference between this and the antacid I was already taking.
