Ingredients: Cashews, peanut oil, sea salt. Gluten free. I do not know anything about the facility they are processed in. You could call the phone number posted on the packaging.

Q: how do you open the lid on the 40ounce jar of fancy while cashews?

Unscrew the top. When ya brand new, 1st use, remove the top and then peel the protective cover off the top of the jar, eat the yummy, fresh cashews and then put the top back on and screw it closed.
