Laser Distance Meter, Laser Measurement Tool

I love this little product. It's perfect for getting a quick measure on a distance from where you are to something across the way. It's not necessarily the most practical for getting a super accurate measurement over a long distance as I find that I can't keep my hands steady enough or the laser exactly where I want it to go to get a measurement to a fraction of an inch, but if I want to know if it's 20 ft or 20 ft 3 in, then this is perfect. There are a few buttons on it that are easy to work, although not necessarily the most intuitive. Once you kind of figured out I have to refigure it out after a month of not using it.One thing I wish was different was that it could constantly measure a distance instead of having to press the measure button as the action of pushing the button sometimes moves my hand and the device, resulting in an errant measurement. That's a small gripe though, and I wouldn't pay double the price for that feature

I was buying this mainly to measure my house layout for renovation. Decide to go with the 100M version (T201-100 ), which is slightly bigger than the 60M version, with a larger lens.The accuracy is surprisingly good. Comparable to tape measurement for small distance, much better than tape for measuring room size. I personally find it difficult to keep the tape straight when measuring anything more than 5 feet. This laser measure tool solve the problem.I also like the build-in calculation function, that allows you to easily add or substract length. Have not have chance to test other calculation functions, but seems to be very capable.Just had it for one day, can't give any comments on the durability yet, the build quality seem good.One concern I have that is the battery cover seems very easy to come off, I personally prefer to have a screw-on battery cover to avoid the cover fell accidently.

Bought this as I do alot of measurements for drawings for site jobs. Fast efficient and easy yo use. High recommend

Accurate and I do not regret buying for one moment.Wish the back was dead flat and the measurement had a 3 second delay/countdown after you press the "read" button.Can wobble a bit when you press the button.Advanced features... there is a learning curve but you'll be OK if you like gadgets.
