Terrible quality, it came with a big cut on the seat part, got hold of the seller asking for a refund… then the seller advised me that I have to pay for the shipping costs to them myself… I found this ridiculous.. they should be able to pay for the shipping costs since the item came damaged. The box is huge and heavy; the shipping would be more then the actual chair. I have terrible experience with this company. Definitely I don’t recommend. It is too much to go through with if there was something wrong with the product.

It was an a medium sized box and somehow it was all in there. East to assemble. For the price point, quality is okay although not a heavy duty item. Good for those like me that donate and buy again after a few years. Not an heirloom. Some reviews mention buttons coming off. In mine, once you get up the cushion is pressed down and because the buttons are attached with a fixed length they dangle sometimes. But once the cushion refills its fine again. Also someone said the bolts were silver at the back instead of black. There are 4 silver bolts so make sure to use those where they're supposed to be, which is to attach the seat to the base. Not bad for a few years I hope. Comfortable due to shape and padding. Most pieces have zippers so I wonder about adding gel padding ? It is comfortable though and foot stool rest is in perfect spot for my height 5 10. It rises smoothly. It was easy to put together but more parts naturally due to back and arm rests. But easy. Tool is included. I used red lock seal on all bolts because I had some and never plan to disassemble it.After 4 monthsI'm realizing the half priced returned item was brand new as far as I can tell. But now after using it for 4 months, it feels super cheap and you can feel right through the thin padding. It's then when you realize this is what your uncle would build from plywood and your aunt upholstered with a good looking vinyl. It squeaks, it sort of wobbles a bit ...making me wonder if the seat will break off one day. I feel the wood or wood products after sitting on it for a few minutes. It's worth exactly what I paid, and I doubt I will see long use. It was great for physiotherapy which is what I needed it for to stretch. This is more what a stager would put in a model home for appearance and suggestion. Not for much regular use.

Very comfortable chair! The foot rest broke within a month of purchase. I contacted the company and with absolutely no argument or hassle they sent me a new bottom. Sometimes things happen and in my opinion, how a company handles the situation speaks volumes. I am very satisfied with my purchase and everyone at work always tries to steal my chair now so I guess they approve too 😂
