Hi, my husband is 5'10, 175 lbs and usually wear US M as you, M fitted him well, I think you should take the same size. Hope it's helpful.

Go with the XL over the L. Made very well and the larger size looks a lot better. Ideal with a tank top underneath or a cotton V-neck under shirt(Sleeves with make you look more bulky/sleeveless will make you look more lean), your choice. I love both of mine!! A different look each time. Jack V.
