No replacement provided
Product is ok but faulty mechanism. Had purchased Z3 pro on Sep/27 & used the handset for a week and on getting accustomed to the new set. It took me sometime to identify the problem with the phone. No notification light glows on receiving the msgs/missed calls alerts on phone nor during charging. Secondly, double tapping on screen doesn't allow the phone to wake and you need to use the button or fingerprint to awake the screen. On speaking with Lava CC, they asked me to return the product for servicing under warranty with no replacement provided. As the window period got closed by Oct/05. I am in catch 22 situation with the brand new set having a faulty phone. Request Amazon/seller to consider the handset for replacement, if possible.Further to above, on speaking with Amazon cc, they have clearly denied taking back the product and had informed to take up the issues with Lava CC. On speaking with Lava relationship centre, the technician available had informed that z3 pro is basic smartphone with no features as enquired above.1. The phone doesn't have LED lights to notify alerts/while charging.2. No double tap feature available in options which has been replaced with 'Lift to wake' feature from menu.

At 7k this is awesome phone battery life is good. There is silly problem of charging sometimes

This phone is not assembled properly.
The media could not be loaded. I m very disappointed to say that I had bought this phone of 45 days ago but suddenly the problem of the band started coming in it, after showing the service centre i came to know that this phone was not assembled properly nor was the quality of this phone tested properly.I came to know about this myself from LAVA SERVICE CENTRE.I did not expect this from lava company which is a name in itself...?

Average phone
I intentionally took time before writing review on this phone.One major annoying issue on this phone is it hangs atimes in middle of some important thing.I have to hard boot to get it working.Camera is really bad for this price. Crap focus and picture quality.Conclusion: If you have better option,go for that.
