Love this teapot, its very light and stylish, it holds just under 2 pints, it came nest day and was packaged well.

This looks very elegant but is very sturdy. I invested in this to try to reduce the amount of coffee consumption and so far everyone is enjoying and commenting on the much improved flavour of freshly brewed tea over teabags.

It’s pretty, I loved it at first but it cracked. The seller reached out and offered a solution which was greatly appreciated

Smaller than I expected, but it is a beautiful glass teapot with a lovely shiny stainless steel lid and infuser. Really lightweight, which I wasn't expecting at all, but such good quality and finish. Very elegant styling too.I've used it for loose leaf tea and herbal teas, plus ground coffee. Performed great each time.Doesn't drip at all and the handle remains cool to he touch, in fact the whole teapot remains touchable, not burning hot like ceramic ones. Think this is because it's made from borosilicate glass. So good for safety. Love the cork coaster too. All in all, a great buy!

I bought this because my last one, the mesh strainer inside the jug, broke, through no fault of the product, I was cleaning it a little less carefully than I should have. I have learned my lesson, its a wonderful product which is why I purchased another one. The first was from a different supplier, the bonus with this supplier is they send a cleaning sponge with the package to help you keep the mesh jug clean which is perfect. Now I can care for it in the correct way. It also comes with a placemat to prevent scorching surfaces. The tea stays warm for about 2-3 hours. Hot for at least 1 of those hours. To keep it hot for longer, try wrapping foil around the outside. You can put fresh herbs or fresh coffee ground in the mesh strainer and none of the contents get into the tea/coffee section. Looks pretty on the table when guests come for tea. You can get 4 small cups of tea. I definitely get 3 regular (300ml) cups of tea. I purchased the 900ml tea pot jug. Buy it. You'll love it. I do not put mine on a stove to heat it up. I don't think you can.
