After purchasing a no brand unit I switched to ATOTO. This was one of the best choices I made!! Install was easy, quality is excellent all around and very easy to use.

I purchased this for my daughter. Lots of features and saw several good reviews. It worked when I first plugged it in, then stopped working. After a couple hours of troubleshooting, I determined that the wiring harness was bad. The metal used for the pins is like tin foil. Pushing on the back of the harness restored the connection and the radio came back on. Since I had already installed the dash cam and microphone, I reached out to ATOTO for a replacement harness. They never responded. I ordered a replacement from Amazon.A couple weeks later, I decided to install the backup camera. Pushing the wiring through the firewall caused the RCA connector to collapse. Again, the metal is like tin foil. I went ahead and continued, got everything run and connected, only to see that the rear camera would not work. After about an hour of troubleshooting the connections, I decided to unplug the camera from the Rear Camera connection on the back of the deck and plug it into the Front Camera connector. That worked, telling me that the Rear Camera connection or input on the deck is bad. I reached out to ATOTO again. NOTHING!It is sad. This unit has some great features. But I can't recommend it with the low quality parts and nonexistant support. ATOTO, please start supporting your customers or stop selling in the US!!

I installed it in a 2012 GMC Sierra. Now the door chime and turn signal clicker doesn't work. I will not miss the door chime. Android Auto works great and boots up fast, steering wheel controls work but had to add Axxess converter. The rear camera is not flippable and it doesn't seem to record (?), however it also is very clear. Seems like the A6 has many great features for the price. Good quality.

This product receives high praise from some very knowledgeable people. Watch the YouTube reviews. It was a fairly ease installation with the help of YouTube Videos. Also the ATOTO support team is great. They helped me with a problem I couldn't find otherwise via email.

It’s no secret that these aren’t the best of quality. There was or still isn’t any clear install instructions everyone is guessing as they go. They don’t put enough screws in the box to properly install it. If you have a system installed then go ahead and get a line driver since the amp rca doesn’t push enough power to run the amp. I hate that the lights won’t turn on when the unit turns on. It’s a pain having to do it manually every night. They make a amp that bolts up to the bracket and then wire everything into it but the wires are too short. Even though the amp isn’t that powerful they will distort your speakers fast. Bottom line you this a welcome in the audio world but upgrade quickly

Head unit performance is not consistent. Often takes multiple attempts to try to connect phone to Apple CarPlay. Unit will say connecting or validating for over 1 minute at which point I disconnect to reattempt to connect and eventually end up rebooting the head unit. I’ve tried multiple lightening chords. Software updates are unavailable. Wireless Apple CarPlay hasn’t worked more than twice over a week. Connecting to home Wi-Fi or phone hotspot is less than consistent at 1/10. Packed full of features, but nothing works as you would expect.

I purchased one of these for my wife's car in January. I've been so impressed with it that I decided to get another one for my truck. Sound quality is good, the touchscreen is fast and responsive. Have it hooked to a backup camera and the display is great. Overall very happy with the Atoto radio and their customer service is excellent.
