My son loves this product but had to take it apart and we dont have the instruction book is there an assembly 60324

Ok so this robot is a tad expensive considering you have to dedicate time and effort to assemble. I know STEM is all the rage. So it just depends what you can afford and who you plan to get it for.Also this says for boys but girls can make robots, too! I do wish it came in white or grey (or even pink or purple) and not just blue. My 7yo daughter is gifted and talented and attends a STEM school so this was right up her alley.She's at that age where she can do more things self-led just by following the instructions herself, which is great! It's a huge improvement on the last DIY robot solar powered disaster she created that was a disappointment. This one actually has a remote control and can pick stuff up.I love how this transforms into a car or robot man. The only downside is that it's not any recognizable character from tv but older kids won't care about that, necessarily.Great STEM birthday gift idea.

It was much more difficult and that’s after checking with his older brother who has done lots of Lego kits! Actually gave up before we(his grandparents) had to leave to travel back home.

My 9 year old had a bit of difficulty with a few of the steps but with help was able to figure it out and really does like it. Took about 2 days of working on it after school but it was well worth it. Definitely a good value for how many pieces it comes with.

I got this for my 13 year old son. He's not done building it. He's taking his time with it but so far he's enjoying. He takes a little bit of time when he gets home from after school and sits with his sisters and they chat as he builds. Absolutely worth the money just for that.

My kids lved this set. Build was challenging enough to keep them engaged and still be fun without the hassle of frustration. Packaging is top notch and instructions were adequate. Great gift or toy for kids that are into building, RC Toys, and that enjoy a fun challenge.
