I love these bags. When we found a split in one, we requested replacement bag. The return/exchange was completed in October. I have just received a notice that the company charged me for a refund/replacement order that should have been returned to the company by April 11, 2023. I have not purchased these bags since September and the email showing the charges is a "no reply" email & I can not find any contact for seller. I hope someone responds to this review, as I am worried about these charges for items I did not order.
