These do actually make a perceivable difference. As with any natural / herbal supplements take them consistently for at a least 3 months to see how they do.I take them for GERD / IBS symptoms / constipation) I ran out of them and symptoms got worse. Then after a good three months I have the best routine of my life, absolutely regular - these really seem to be making a difference. I’m also eating well - lots of salad and greens - spinach and rocket - and I don’t eat sugar and I follow the FODMAP plan reasonably well. So a mix of these things is working for me.
