I have very long hair (I can tuck it into my pants). Because my hair is rather curly, I don’t brush it, and to avoid frizziness I don’t wash it but a couple of times a week. I started to experience quite a bit of hair loss in the shower recently, which greatly disturbed me. While I didn’t purchase this product hoping it would help my hair, after a week or two of taking this supplement daily, I noticed that I was losing only 1/3 of the hair in the shower that I was losing before. Since I didn’t change anything else in my daily routine, I believe that it was this product that provided that decrease in hair loss for me.

Very flavorful, I add it to all my smoothies and I’m pretty positive this makes a big difference on my nail and hair growth. (I also take other vitamins, so it’s difficult to know how much growth is triggered by each source)
