These magnets are as strong as they claim to be. Note that the user is warned not to allow the magnets to snap together. I thought the warning was mostly to prevent me from pinching my finger, but I learned also (the hard way) that Neodymium magnet material is brittle. While playing with them, I let two magnets to collide several times, and finally the two broke in half. Of course, all the pieces are still highly magnetized.The reason I bought these magnets was to replace the awkward clamp on a Ruixin knife sharpening system (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00YORHU26) that I bought a couple of weeks ago. I watched a YouTube video of how one user added ceramic magnets to his Ruixin knife sharpener. He had to cut a notch out of the base plate to put the ceramic magnets in. I was able to glue the remaining two Neodymium magnets on the top of the sharpener base plate and not have to cut anything. The magnets work great to hold a knife blade in place while I sharpen it.

I did not expect these magnets to be this strong! Using them to hold the cables of offroad lights in place on the roof of my SUV.My offroad lights are mounted on 95 Lbs magnets from Harbor Freight Tools. The system works great! (I protect the paint with thin nitrile rubber gloves between magnets and roof.)

These magnets are well made. I don't know if the 60 lb pull rating is correct, but I was able to begin to lift the corner of my cast steel tablesaw and its stand with one using a long scewdriver thru the hook as a handle before the magnet let go. Strong enough for anything I'll want to do with them.

These magnets are incredibly strong. Not sure they hold the 60#'s as advertised but once they're on something metal, they take a lot of force to pull them off. I was concerned they wouldn't be strong enough because I was going to make one into amount for my GoPro but after struggling to pull it off of i beam I'm no longer worried.

I purchased these to hang some lights inside a connex (shipping container). They do exactly as I wanted and are quite strong.

Love these hooks and they completed my outdoor project just as I imagined. Talk about sturdy and strong! Would recommend to all.

We bought these to hang up outdoor patio string lights under our carport. The carport is made of tin, therefore we couldn’t use nails/screws/staple gun. These work great!

really powerful for size extremely fragile. I broke one when trying to separate from keeper and I knew they were fragile. do not allow children to play with this product, shards fly when they break. p.s. I am still glad I bought them.

Fine packaging, the product is also smaller than I imagined, but the magnetic is super powerful, big heavy knife will not fall. The restaurant has a variety of knives and scissors, the demand is bigger, consider buying again.

Do not purchase these magnets, they are complete garbage.i purchased them for a teacher demonstrate for a grade 5 science experiment. The magnets snapped against each other and broke. Don't waste your money.

Stay away from these. My daughter was trying to separate the magnets and the one magnet shattered as it came into contact with the other magnets. A shard hit her in the face.
