I can't return this product as it doesn't have any seal making it ineligible for return.These don't look like earrings to me in any way.The design is very distinct from usual dangling earrings.This pair of earrings seem like two rods hanging stiff from the ears.Utterly ridiculous design!!Moreover,the quality of the so called hook(not at all a hook,just a wire bent ) is so poor that it may break any moment.So,this is how they cheat customers by sending poorly designed products of low quality material without any seal so that customers are forced to keep the trash.I have recently purchased quite a few earrings from this brand but this one shall be my last purchase from this brand.The other pair of earrings that I bought from this brand is totally fine and has a seal which reads that it can't be returned if the seal is broken.So, clearly I can't return this piece of trash as they didn't attach a seal on purpose.
