I am a pro baseball scout. I use these balls for tryouts and training. They’d be good for an amateur league as well.

Seams are not consistent…
When I received these Rawlings FSOLB1 baseballs, I noticed the seams are not all flat. Matter of fact, all 3 dozen balls are prominently raised seams. When feeding the balls through my Mini Hack Attack, there was no consistent target and my catchers were getting hurt while trying to catch off the machine with the Rawlings FSOLB1 baseballs.I recommend Diamond Pitching Machine baseballs or Diamond D1-LS Low seam baseballs for catching work off the machine. Diamond baseballs are much more consistent and accurate for receiving, blocking, and transfers

Decent practice balls if you get them at a decent price. Due to the synthetic skin, they do tend to cut easily but they do have a more consistent weight throughout the batch versus other synthetic baseballs. However, Rawlings makes an all leather skin version co-branded with the Babe Ruth League. Those are a step up for sure and, if you catch the price fluctuation just right, you can get a decent deal. Still, if you need a lot of decent baseballs for practicing you will not go wrong with these. I'll buy more of these since I do trust the Rawlings name for consistency (weight, quality, and durability) versus other cheap baseballs "bargains" that end up being not such a bargain.

Great leather covered baseballs
We use these for team practice purposes. They're durable and last an entire season+. Rawlings makes a quality leather ball.
