I Used this supplement once not sure but I think it was okay, because they didn't have the one I normally use.

I was going to give this product a better rating because I think the main ingredients are great. However I think it’s important that they list the other ingredients which are not listed in the product page or pictures. The other ingredients are fillers that I’m trying to avoid.

They have way more B vitamins than I guess I need b/c it turns my urine neon yellow after I take them.I do feel pretty good after taking these consistently for a week. So it seems to me that these are quality vitamins.The pills are large but thin, but nothing that can't be handled with enough water. You could probably break them into smaller pieces if you really need to.Good product.

I’ve read food based vitamins are the best. ThTs why I got these. You do have to take two for a dose.. not a problem. No aftertaste. Piss turns fluorescent yellow-green. I feel better after taking them 6 weeks. I’m gonna keep it going.
