The best way to put them on is to open them on a flat surface and sit down placing your soles of the feet on the pads and press down, then stand up.

Seemed to work but skeptical about it what they did. Think they reacted to sweat in feet but they did make my feet feel good.

I bought these for detox and as far I'm concerned they're working. the pads are black when I take them off, so I assume they're doing their job.However, they're giving me an unexpected benefit, which is why I've tagged them 5 stars. I've never slept so well for YEARS with these pads on (i gently tape over them also, to guarantee they wont come off)I'd noticed that other reviews mentioned sleep benefits, but never gave it too much notice, my focus was the detox angle.I'm not sure whether the process of detoxing while asleep, or whether it's a reflexolgy thing, to do with the pad being firmly attached to my soles. I'm sleeping 5-6 hours unbroken and I can't remember the last time this happened.

Im not to sure if these work for me if I'm honest, I personally since using them have felt a bit rough during the day but, energy levels have improved a bit and Im sleeping soundly. The main drawback I have with these pads is for the first two nights they kept coming off so was forced in the end to wear socks to keep them in place. But saying that, they definitely are drawing toxins from my body and I've continued to use for that very reason. Thank you seller.
