This sketchbook is great. The paper is excellent quality and quite thick. It’s smooth and works exceptionally well with coloured pencil and layering!

Quite thick grey paper. Strong covers on both sides. A4 size. I'm pleased with the texture and how the paper feels. It has a less grainy testure than the Stratholme pads, so it feels like the pens and pencils move better across the page.It sort of takes watercolour markers, though I haven't done much testing yet. Alcohol markers are likely to go through the page at least a bit.

I just received the product and sadly I have to say that either the packaging or the handling of it weren't very good with my purchase. It came with a corner already dented in, very disappointing.Edit: after the first fit of rage for the damaged corner I have to say I am quite satisfied with the sketchbook. I used it with pencil, alcohol markers, watercolors and white gel pen and it gives a good result with all of them. Will buy again, hopefully next time it comes intact

I'm a university student currently studying Graphic communication I think we all have struggled buying a good and cheap sketchbook, this is the best sketchbook I have ever bought and I have purchased about 4 of these in the past 6 months. They are a great quality I have used everything on these from posco pens to watercolour I haven't had any bleed. And since the papers grey you can use white pens and pencils for sketches that make the highlights look so much better.

This is a beautiful, well made and really good quality sketchbook. However, I am only able to give it 3 stars because the usable width of the pages is only 19.5mm. It is not actually A4 and does not fit standard mounts. I hope they start making them actually A4.
