Such a cute gift for any unicorn lover! So easy to do and makes a great night light! Highly recommended!

This is a fun craft project for kids. My 7yo got really excited about this and still loves it weeks later. She said she had always wanted something like this, although I think she meant an actual snow globe.Pros:1) It’s hands-on and fives kids a sense of accomplishment and pride to show off the finished product in their room2) it’s actually useful as a night light unlike some crafts3) it’s got many fun colors and add-ones and creatures and captures the imagination4) it comes in a nice box with instructions for gifting5) the globe is plastic so no safety concern about broken glassCons:1) Not for kids under 3–choking hazard2) includes button batteries that may not be secure from littler kids. My kid is 7 and knows not to swallow these. For really little kids I suppose you could remove the lights and hot glue the globe on but even then I would keep up on a shelf when not in reach when unsupervised3) the double sided sticky tape was sort of a weird, lame way to attach all the items to the base. Why not include just a single custom circular sticker?4) the loose pink flower confetti included is super messy! Tip: either remove this before they notice, insist on doing that part or at least put a plate under it like we did. My daughter did not actually want to use much of this but it does sort of cover the remaining sticky parts of the base with a little something and looks like fallen flowers. Again, just messy.5) the lights use super tiny button batteries that don’t have a timer option that I can see. So you may want to remember to turn off each night when your kid is asleep or the battery may die. If your kid relies on this for comfort you may wish to have xtra batteries on hand in case this happens.6) the lights default to a super flashy mode then another flashy mode before the third option solid on. This flashing is not really conducive to a relaxing sleep environment as a night light imo and would be better if it had gentle fade modes instead. Also colored lights would have been fun with the option to change the colors.All in all it doesn’t take up too much space on my daughter’s nightstand and she loves it.

My daughter asked a "cute night light" for Christmas. This was just that. It doesn't put out a ton of light, but it's perfect for a night light effect. Getting to put it together as a fun activity was great as well.

My granddaughter loves assembling these, so much fun for her.
