Faulty. The Velcro at the top was unstitched on one side. I'm returning it. Now I'm not sure whether to order another - it seems to be everything I want in other ways but now I don't trust the quality.UPDATE: after looking at my other options I decided the bag really was everything I was looking for so I ordered another. It arrived, all was fine. I've been using it for about a week now and I really love it. I threw out the packaging yesterday as I have no intention of returning this bag!It's so easy to mount on my bike, much less fiddly than other bags but feels very secure once it clicks on..I really like the waterproof zipped pocket at the front too - not all bags have such a handy feature. It's large too so although intended as a phone pocket it could probably fit a small tablet or Kindle.Also, I rode on a very damp morning today with electronics inside the bag - the water stayed outside!Adjusted rating up to 5 as the replacement bag is perfect.Dropping back in again to say seeing a tweet about plastic reminded me - this product came very thoughtfully packaged in paper and cardboard - no plastic in sight!

I have had a lot of good use of this item but was very disappointed when the shoulder strap began to tear away from the bag. Everything else about the bag has been fantastic, but I can no longer use it as backpack. You would think for the price that the quality would be better.

Have now been using this bag (Most days) for almost six months, it is water resistant, big enough to carry my laptop and a chnage of clothes to work and the versitility of the bag is great (being able to use as a back pack in addition to a pannier bag). The one area that lets it down - and it is fundimental to the function of the bag - are the clips that attach it to the pannier rack. The grey rubber inserts fell off months ago while riding, i cannot find replacements anywhere and the bag regularly falls off given the slightest bump/curb. Fustrating as I may as well have got a normal bag and bought elastic ties. Help from the seller would be appreciated but its Amazon EU so no one to speak to.

This bag is of such low quality that it almost caused a serious accident when it fell off my bike on one of Londons cycle super highways during rush hour. Around 10 bikes were involved in a near disaster. I thought I had done something wrong in attaching the bag, but it turns out it just fell off. It has some clothes, a water bottle, a pump and a lock inside. (Not even a computer) so much less than recommended weight limit. It was my second ride with the bag.I absolutely love the design - and bought it because it said it was perfect for bumpy rides and all weather. Well my ride wasn’t even bumpy, and since ai heard nothing when I returned it I am warning anyone who thinks of getting it.

I purchased the product and initially thought it was great. Good space, stylish, simple product.However, after ONE return journey to work it had already broken. The part that attaches to your bike rack has 3 main connectors from the bracket to the backpack. As pictured, this had already separated.The bag was not overloaded. It had a small laptop, a change of clothes, approx. 50 pages of paper, and a water bottle.

Terrible bag, broken after only 8 weeks of very light use, about one day a week. Pannier attachment dangerously loose. No reply to request for refund. Do not buy.

Mooie stevige tas, handig in gebruik op de fiets of als rugzak. Ik mis in het grote binnenvak wel wat vakjes. Er is ruimte voor een laptop en dan een smal vakje voor wat kabeltjes en bv een muis. En voorop een heel klein zakje met rist. Ik heb het opgelost door een etui met accessoires te vullen in het grote vak. Verder een fijne tas in het gebruik, al had ik achteraf toch voor het grotere model moeten kiezen. Ik kan er nu net mijn laptop met lader en toebehoren, broodtrommel en drinkfles in kwijt.

Après l’acquisition d’un vélo électrique pour me rendre au travail je souhaitai un sac pouvant faire sac à dos. Après une étude de marché mon choix s’est porté sur ce sac. Facile à mettre facile à enlever, ne bouge pas en roulant suffisamment grand pour mettre mon sac à main et un ordinateur. Je n’ai pas testé l’étanchéité mais je ne suis pas inquiète.Ce sac est tout à fait abordable par rapport à la concurrenceJe viens d’en commander un pour mon époux de couleur noire
