Fun toy in the style of a farm, complete with little wooden figures to properly set the scene! Great for sparking imaginative play, as well as developing fine motor skills. I also like the wooden materials used (as opposed to plastic which is less environmentally friendly).

I'm a strong believer in wooden toys having bought a number of them for family and friends children children in the past as I detest all the plastic which is about. They tend to last longer and not look tatty and stand the test of time being so sturdy. I live the fact the little farm barn can be carried at ease with it's rope handles and the hole barn us secured by a simple wooden latch. It's like a tiny dolls house but fir the figures inside.So inside you get a farmers boy and girl, 3 wooden trees, a hen, a cow, a dog, a horse, a pig and a tractor. The inside is a plain varnished wood but I see no reason to add extra decoration inside by yourself. The pieces are chunky for small hands and no sharp edges. on the back of the box it suggests you could buy additional track but the tractor can easily move on short pile carpet or hard floors. Super yet simple play set.

I've been luck enough to review a few of these 'Woody Treasure Toys' and they are so well made and sturdy that I can't find fault with them. This one is the farm set and my little one loves that he can carry around his playset where ever he wants, sit down and have fun exploring and imagining. They are made of good quality wood and are well painted in bright and attractive eye-catching colours. In the farm set you get a male and female farmer, a tractor, a chicken, a pig, a cow, a horse and a dog along with 3 trees. I love wooden toys and decent ones will last forever and these ones are no exception. Well priced and would make a great gift, though my little one has no plans to give his sets up anytime soon!

it’s so much nicer than I expected. Upon looking at it quickly before wrapping I was very impressed with the quality of the wooden items. I can see that the whole toy had excellent play and learning potential.The set comes with a barn, lots of animals, a farm girl, a tractor and a few trees. The dog figure was missing from our set but instead, we got 2 cows. The barn has drawstring handles. All of the pieces are handpainted and very colourful. I love the size and sturdiness of the little figurines. My daughter loves playing with them all as she is fascinated by all kinds of animals. We used all the pieces, setting up the farm and deciding what should go where, including all the different animals.This is a great educational toy for young children. It allows you to play and learn with your children and have fun along the way. It’s a great price. Totally recommendable for any age group to play with animals.
