Great quality
Been using these pads for a number of years. They work well in my shoes and last a reasonably amount of time before needing to change them.

So comfortable
These pads are great for my metatarsal pain. They not only keep my weight off the ball of my foot but I can reuse them many times. Give these a try.

Sticks well and relieves the pain
These pads stick very well, however, I have to add that while some people stick them to their feet (not sure why), I stick them to my shoe inserts. This was how my podiatrist showed me. So far none have fallen off the insert (I have them in 5 different shoes that I wear). They do relieve the nueropathy in my foot, but it really in critical, for me, on exactly where I place the pads. Sometimes I have to take them out and reposition them to get the best fit. They are really sticky though.

Worked like a charm
I was having toe pain from wearing ill fitting flip flops. The pad had great adhesion and were comfortable. After wearing for a week or so the pain is gone. From someone with frequent foot pain these will be a repeat order.

Not the pain relief I hoped for
Sticks and stays in place. Takes some getting used to sticking directly on your foot.

Worked great when placed on the foot, just behind the metatarsals
I've had some fat pad atrophy on my metatarsal area, causing discomfort walking on hard surfaces.I initially tried these by placing them on the shoe insert as instructed by my podiatrist, but i couldn't get the positioning correct and it didn't help. It was just either uncomfortable or didn't do anything. After viewing some youtube videos, I placed it just slightly below the metatarsal area on my foot itself, so the pad takes the impact and protects the ball of the foot. This pretty much eliminated the foot pain. After several days of use, the glue loses some of its stickiness but with some care the sock can bepulled over it. So far it's been OK for about 5 days with the same pad, haven't had to replace it yet. This product has helped more than anything else I've tried. If you're having problems with this pad, check out some of the podiatric youtube videos for details on how/where to place it correctly.
