No more peppers falling into the charcoal!
I really like these trays for the BBQ. They cook the vegetables or meat safely, letting it have the cooked on charcoal flavour, without the risk of everything falling into the fire. Even if you are doing kebabs and some of the softer things srart to fall off the skewer, at least they remain on the tray and you can eat them. Very pleased. We (penny pinchers!) even managed to wash a couple and use again. Will be buying more ( if the sun comes out)

Barbecue trays
Brilliant idea. Whilst not competely stopping fat from dripping on to the barbecue the trays do make a significant difference making cleaning much easier. Food also cooks more evenly, it is less likely to burn and chicken in particular will be cooked safely right through the meat. I have used these trays for a couple of years now and the only problem I have encountered is finding them.

Barbeque without flames
This is the way to barbeque without burning. Instead of lifting meat off the flames, just lift the tray - easy as that.

Caught fire
Looks great, but they actually caught fire on the BBQ…

Not what I was expecting and the courier looks like he sat on them for the journey.
