This offering is perhaps the 10th time I ordered Solar Shields.This version is so tiny, my glasses don't fit under the new Solar Shields.In fact, these are so tiny that I can double sunglass, and wear these new Solar Shields under my old Solar Shield.I just can not wear my prescription glasses under the 2021 version of Solar Shields.I bought these because of my past good experience with the company.Now, the company has apparently been taken over by MBAs who believe that customers won't care that they shorted the customer one dime's worth of plastic. They pocket the dime, hurt the customer, and take their money-grubbing MBA to a different company before the customers can get their revenge. And they brag onj their resume's how much they gouged the customers for, justifying their salaries.Dear Solar Shield: Your MBAs burned me once by selling me a substandard product, and your company will never get another chance to disappoint me. Thank your MBAs for chasing your customers away by removing a dime's worth of plastic to justify their salary.

One of the surprises of old age has been the difficulties glare produces. Not so much headlights, but bright daylight. I use sunglasses, but after a terrifying experience on the freeway where I was blinded for a few seconds, I knew I needed more. These sunglasses with gray lenses, wrap around and help block light entering from the sides as well as dead on. They slip over my regular glasses easily, and while not the fashion statement this aging diva would prefer, do the job and don't look too bad.

When they arrived, they were marked "M/L." I have a larger head/face (my prescription frames are size 57); they pinched my ears like crazy and did not cover my lenses entirely.On the bright side, Amazon was extremely pleasent on refunding my money. If you have a larger face or lenses, look for the same model as "XL." For me, the XL is perfect.

I don't know if it's still the same company, but I remember wearing Solar Shield glasses a long time ago. They were clunky and kind of flimsy, but they worked. These work better, fit better, seem to be better built, and look a whole lot better.I'm am particularly impressed with how they cut down on the glare. My windshield is somewhat pitted with age, but these made the view out the window much clearer.

Now that I'm 60 I've had problems with sunglasses that don't do what they say they do. As a truck driver I dont need to be looking at blurry signs. These glasses filter out the bad light, and the signs aren't glaring anymore. Not the most comfortable sunglasses, but I can drive into the sun, and still see. I have 3 pair now, and sent a pair to a friend as a gift.

Ordered 2 black with grey lenses, got 1 brown and 1 black. The brown fit, but the lens changes the color of everything you are looking at. I cannot understand why putting 2 black solar shield sunglasses was so hard for this seller, but it was. I had already cut off the tags--to better see how the sunglasses worked (DUH!!!) so am keeping them. I will use them while outside swimming and stuff, as the color effect is offputting in this day and age! Beware the brown lenses!! Thanks1

First off these glasses came with the lenses popped out and had to snap them back in the frame. Secondly, and most important they don't even come close to fitting over my regular glasses. Absolutely a waste of money.

One star penalty for delivering the wrong item at first.The (correct) ones I got are a bit smaller than I expected and don't QUITE fit over my glasses properly, but they do fit and work well enough (far better than the product that was initially sent in error - their "surf" style if I recall correctly, which did not fit over my glasses AT ALL - or my mother's for that matter, and hers are smaller than mine. They do look nice and come with a nice small cloth carry bag, so if I didn't wear glasses I would try them out a bit more extensively), and the issue will likely be solved the next time I get glasses, assuming I don't need such a large frame again. As another reviewer mentioned, the brown tint does mess with colors a bit, but not much (or at least not enough to be distracting after being warned about it), so I won't penalize them for that. Review would have been 4 stars had the correct product been delivered at first, and 5 stars had they been just a few millimeters taller (lens top to lens bottom). Otherwise I am quite satisfied so far.

Me sorprendieron, esperaba que fueran mas voluminosas, pero no fue así, quedaron muy bien y el material del armazón es muy liviano, no molesta. Las lentes se ven oscuras por el frente, pero al ponértelas ves muy claro y nítido, apenas un leve sombreado, como si no llevaras nada puesto. Es lo que mas me agrado, quería unas gafas que garantizaran la protección UV pero no oscurecieran mucho la visión.Llegaron con una funda de tela y sin toallita para limpiar las lentesGafas muy baratas y de calidad.De todas manera las llevare a la óptica para que me confirmen la protección UV.

As much as the product looks the same as the pictures and looks durable and I am very disappointed that I was charged more than what it was worth. On the package itself (picture attached) the price is listed as $19.99, yet I paid $30.13 (including taxes). Even if you add tax to $19.99 it does NOT come up to $30. I would not recommend this product to anyone as it is overpriced and total deception. I would hope someone contacts me to rectify this issue.

Good enough to be used while driving. I have a large head and they fit well. I wasn't expecting Ray-Ban level quality but they're fine for the job and don't look goofy.
