This is the second hangover drink mix I’ve tried and probably the one I’ve found works best. Be prepared that it isn’t your typical sweet powder, as mentioned before it does have a slightly salty initial taste, followed by flavor. Also, just a warning that if you have a sensitive stomach the Ginger Lemon flavor may not be for you. I highly recommend the Strawberry lemonade - same hangover relief without the cramping (I experienced). As a bonus the customer service dept. is amazing! This product is formulated to be taken in the morning but I would love to see a before bed mix, that way I can wake up feeling hydrated.

Can confirm, these are WAY better than liquid IV. They are zero sugar, which is the first I gradient in the other guy (and in my opinion those are wayyyy too sweet), and they also have something in there for nausea which my hungover self really appreciates. I see some reviews complaint about how salty they are, but it’s salty in the way a Gatorade or Pedialyte is salty, that’s just electrolytes, baby! I drank 2 of these a day while on a wine tasting trip and never felt even the slightest but hungover.

They taste salty to me qnd are not cheap but working in hot temps all day they really give you a pick me up when drank

I think this is a good product to have on hand for rescue electrolyte hydration from illness or obviously hangover but I did not realize how high in sodium it is. If I had known I probably would not have bought it so just mentioning for anyone else out there who watches their salt intake.

I have had these in the past and they work great and I feel like they make a difference especially when I take them before I go to bed after drinking. However I find the honey ginger flavor is very ginger forward. I like the strawberry lemonade flavor much better.

These are so much better than the rehydrate ones. None of the sticky, sugary, koolaid after taste.

Like other reviews, these are very salty due to zero sugar. I added a packet of Whole Earth Sweetener to it but it was still salty. That being said, they do work. So if you can get over the taste then these will help a hangover and help to rehydrate you.

Tastes like pink lemonade made with ocean water. This is so salty, you can feel the effect from the salt after you drink one.
