Not used for yoga but ….
Not into yoga, but auto application. At 6’3” tall interior arm rests are almost always too low, and you can only rest it on the window frame for so long before your arm gets fatigued in Long drives. Used this between arm rest and arm raising it to a comfortable height. Daily driving and after a 6 hour road trip ZERO arm fatigue. Hint hint to vendor to cross post in auto application and tweek the description. Just wish I could give lord than 5 stars
