I was looking for a portable dvd player for my toddlers for a long airplane ride. I figured they would love putting their favorite movies in by themselves and it would entertain them longer.I originally ordered a different portable dvd player but only after opening it and reading the manual did I find out the run time was AT MOST 3 hours. I returned that. Then returned to their product page and discovered they never listed the run time. I had looked at so many(almost all of them with a battery life of 4-6hrs) that I guess I didn’t notice. Our trip was in two days so I was frantically searching for something else that would arrive on time and be a good product for the price.I found this and immediately loved the bright color. I ordered it and it arrived over night. The screen is big and has a great picture. I love that you can rotate it 180 degrees, this came in handy when placing it in different areas for two kids. The battery lasts a long time. And it charges faster than I thought it would. The sound was perfect for watching in the bedroom. We hooked it up to headphones on the plane ride. Very good product for the price!

This portable DVD player is really nice. It shows a great picture, and I love the large screen. The only reason this product did not receive a "5" is because the sound is so low. The volume only goes up to 15, and I'm finding it difficult to find a speaker that enhances the sound much louder. Other than the low volume, it's perfect.

I couldn't be more happy with the Jekero 19.6" Portable DVD Player. The screen is large and the image is sharp. It is very easy to load DVDs and the controls are easy to access and to use. I give it 5 stars!

Just turned it on and put in a DVD for my 95 y.o. parent. Even with their hearing aids the volume turned up all the way on high and it was ok but if you turn on your A/C you can't hear it well enough. I can hear it myself but it is not too much higher in volume as it states. A bit louder than the regular DVD players that are smaller but not much. Very sad

Update- received a full refund. Customer service excellent even though product failed.Started out working great. Then started having issues with picture quality and it would stop playing in the middle of the movie. Finally stopped working completely after 9 months.
