Logitech Stereo Headset H111/H110 with Noise Cancelling Microphone - Bulk Packaging

It's a bulk product.
First time I tried to put headset on my head, the headband broke. Item may have been sitting in warehouse with fluctuating extreme temps and plastic has become brittle. Headset has no volume control so volume control rating is not applicable.

deceptive advertising?
This product claims to be a Logitech H110/111 headset. These are two very different headsets. I am not entirely sure how the seller thinks he/she can be selling two very different items as a single item. If you are planning to use this with a computer, and you want to be able to use a microphone, do NOT buy this item. You will just be wasting your money. This is actually an H111 SINGLE plug headset. This means you will not be able to use the mic. The sound will work very nicely, but no talking. The seller needs to dump the H110 unless he/she is actually planning to send DUAL plug headsets. shame on you.

Misleading description. The physical item has two plugs, but the description says its one.
Update: I ordered a TRS to TRRS adapter and like the audio on it. If you get the adapter, the product is fine. The headset itself comes with two plugs for mic and speaker. However, the description and pictures clearly state that it's a single TRRS plug. This is misleading as most ALL new laptops, docking stations, and smartphones use the TRRS plug. Now I have to buy another adapter, but I guess this is Amazon's way of forcing you to purchase more. I'll just buy from OfficeMax next time as I don't get screwed by them.

Poor Headset Audio Response
I expected a more balanced audio response from a Logitech product. I have the single 3.5mm 4-circuit plug configuration and have used it on my Dell laptop for Skype & Teams conference calls. Although it basically functions, I find the ear response seriously lacking in the mid-higher voice frequency range. The sound is muddled overall. When you get a voice speaker on a conference with poor microphone audio quality, the lack of response in this headset makes the speaker that much more difficult to understand. I have cheap $10 Walkman-type headsets (without microphones) that sound much more intelligible than this Logitech unit. Disappointed. I assume it is a legitimate Logitech unit and not a knockoff that seems to be a problem plaguing many Amazon items. Update 9/2022 still a TERRIBLE headset for skype or Teams calls - besides the poor earpiece response, call participants report my microphone audio is absolutely terrible - difficult to understand. Downgrading to 2 stars. Tossing it in the circular file.

Works but a little disappointed.
I bought this headset for work because someone said it worked great. I took a quick glance at the features and reviews and thought it'd be exactly what I needed. It does work well and does what it's supposed to but the quality of sound isn't as good as anything else I've ever bought for headphones. I might have a big head so it's also uncomfortable on your ears for extended periods of time. Lastly, mine did not come with the cushion part that goes around the mic.Pros:---Works as a headset.---Adjustable mic (can go up and down, side to side)---Can be heard clearly to others---Decent lengthCons:---Headset uncomfortable for extended periods of time (could just be my big head).---Others can hear an echo (my phone is on lowest volume to help with that but it is still annoying)---Audio sounds muffled slightly. If someone is talking, can be hard to distinguish what is said.---No mute button (personal con)All in all, it does what it's supposed to do. If you need this for work, it will work but you may find yourself wanting.
