This melamine "Margrethe" mixing bowl is a beautiful and practical bowl which is nice and deep for mixing batters. A rubberized ring on the base of the bowl prevents slipping as you whisk, beat, or stir. A wide edge on one side of the bowl allows you to properly grip and steady the bowl when beating, and a pouring lip on the other side makes it easy to pour the batter into cake pans. This popular size is suitable for mixing larger quantities of dough or batter and for whipping cream. Not intended for use in microwave or freezer. Heat resistant to 158°F/70C. but they are great quality and very versatile
This was a replacement for an existing bowl that had survived heavy use (electric whisks etc) and daily dishwashing for a number of years. Eventually the spout chipped, which is why I bought another..... but they are great quality and very versatile.

Tolle, langlebige Qualität
Tolles Produkt, ich habe mir zu diesem Seiher noch den Großen bestellt.Beide Größen sind sehr nützlich im Haushalt.Den Großen benutze ich für Nudeln/Spaghettis abzuschütten, den kleinen für entsprechende kleinere Mengen, beispielsweise Linsen aus der Dose.Rosti Mepal Schüsseln haben eine tolle Qualität und sind leicht zu reinigen und spülmaschinenfest.Mir persönlich gefallen die einheitlichen Farben in der Schublade. Die Tupperware-Produkte sind mir zu schnell verschlissen und in der Schublade war stehts Chaos, vor allem optisch.
