As a home user, who sends an occasional package, I’d become fed up with how much tape I was wasting using a traditional parcel tape dispenser. I decided to try this instead. It works brilliantly. Tape flow is significantly better than what I was previously using – that leads to far less tape wastage. The cutting blade is perfectly angled. The combination of factors I mentioned, and other easy to use elements of this item means I can highly recommend it.

I thought this would be wonderful, but I'm very disappointed with it. It just about does the job and is quite robust, but it is OK at best and nothing more than that. The "innovative" angled cutting blade is just a gimmick and adds nothing to its use, the tape constantly folds back on itself and gets stuck because there is nothing to prevent it from doing so, and it's stiff and difficult to use. I'm not sure how this ever won a design award, I can only imagine the other entries were crafted by toddlers from cardboard and pipe cleaners.It's better than nothing, but not by much.

Well, without being unkind, this is by far the most useless item I have ever bought. This product was not thought through properly but by a mile. There is no way the tape rolls seamlessly as they advertise in the video clip, it just does not happen. In fact the tape gets stuck to the unit all the time. But so badly so that I disposed of the item. Simply do not have the time.

Look I’ve used a lot of parcel tape dispensers through my decades and this is not the best nor easiest to use. It’s ok that’s it.Ok after using this in work I’ve went from 3* to 1*. This really isn’t great at all. Jams and if your taping anything other that a square or rectangular box it’s a mare. Regret not returning.

this looks really cool and more compact then the usual tape guns, however i can't seem to get it to follow properly, it may be the parcel tape i am using, but it looks way better in the animation of use that is put up, so not overall satisfied with the product but i will purchase some more tape just to be sure

This is a great tape dispenser. Its easy to hold, I use it with one hand. Cuts the tape great. Highly recommend.

I love this tape gun except for one thing: It is supposed to keep the tape from sticking back to the roll due to ridges designed to keep the tape roll from rolling backward...that feature doesn't work, so the roll goes backward and sticks to itself. There are tabs to "contain" the tape once you thread it through, but they are the same size as tabs on other short plastic tape rollers that come with tape loaded, and not enough to hold the tape back. The NEXT GENERATION of this Tape Gun needs a better way to keep the tape roll from reversing plus add a tab, as full-sized tape guns have, that blocks the tape completely from coming back in contact with the roll should it try to flip back. The other thing that I would suggest is a safety cover for the blade when not in use as it is wickedly sharp and effective, making it dangerous in a busy environment.There is a learning curve with this, first, you need to use two hands, eventually moving to one-handed operation. You can control and adjust the tension on the tape by squeezing down with your thumb as you are rolling, because the tape is stretching it gets a better seal and holds packages together after you cut it.

Had a tape dispenser that did the same thing. But you needed to have hours of practice to cut the tape (like a full time amazon packer), which I didn't have so it was hell using it. This is b simple and easy to use - not hassle or stress.

I think this product is the best dispenser I have ever used in years. Small, lightweight and very comfortable when you use the product for any size boxes... specially for the small ones.

This tape dispenser is so great! I like it much more in comparison to the handled ones because long gone are the days of having your tape fall off mid job!
