Well made and comfortable. Run a little small, so order a size up from what you normally wear. It really does help with my anxiety at work because I can spin it when I start getting stressed out.

UPDATE 12/2023initially ordered size 10, too big seller contacted me and offered a full refund. Ordered new size 9 and absolutely love it. Probably going to order more colors -Beautiful and functional; perfect anxiety ring.Ordered a size 10: based on size chart and measurements, I should've been a 10.5, but no half sizes are available, so I ordered a 10 in the hopes that it would still go over my thumb knuckle.It fits like an 11 would; way too loose & comes off my thumb/forefinger with ease.The set came with a little card that says "send us a message through the seller portal on Amazon & we'll send you a replacement for free if the sizing is off". The lie detector test has determined... that was a lie.

I found this ring while searching for things to have on hand to help with my anxiety. This is a brilliant solution because you can always have it with you and it's silent, so you can fidget with it anytime, anywhere! Win, win!This ring is an unbelievable bargain at around $10! I bought the 6mm Rainbow version and have had mine for 9 months so far. I have worn it pretty much 24/7, only taking it off when washing something with bleach or harsh chemicals to be safe. However, I wear it when taking a shower, washing my hands, putting on lotion, etc. and it hasn't shown any signs of wear, nor has it tarnished or ever left any marks on my fingers from wearing it.Occasionally it can get a little bit of dirt in between the bands and won't spin freely anymore. If this happens, just put a drop of hand soap directly on it and rinse it while spinning it to clean it and it should go back to spinning easily. I'd also like to note that the bands are rounded and are comfort bands, so they feel nice and it's easy to to forget that the ring is even there.The outside texture of the outside of the ring is rough like sandpaper, which some people may prefer. I however, wished that it was smooth and finally just found a smooth style made by King Ring World here on Amazon also. My girlfriend has anxiety too and she likes the rough feel, so I gave it to her and now she's very happy with it! I definitely recommend it!I hope this helps you with your decision, happy shopping!

I like to wear these when going to dentist or having to wait for an appointment. No problem spinning them to keep my ADD brain occupied. They are good quality and haven’t tarnished even after multiple hand washings.

Haven’t even had it for a full day and it already stopped working. I never wore it under water or got it wet or anything so I don’t know. Maybe something got stuck under the spinning part. I can kind of get it to spin but there’s a lot of resistance and it doesn’t spin freely. Will be returning for full price. I really wanted this to work as I often forget fidget gadgets at home and if I had something that I wore on my person, it would help
