MatrixFitness E50 Elliptical Trainer with XR Console

Bought one over a year ago and it never worked right from day one. Their installers did not put it together correctly. The console did not work at all and had to be replaced. After three calls to customer service they finally sent a replacement. Elliptical started making a loud banging noise when in use. They sent out a technician 10 times to look at that and every time I had to follow up with matrix to get the technician to come out, the parts ordered, and then the technicians follow-up. And the problem still wouldn’t be fixed. After about six months the frame started making a groaning noise. Three technician visits later for that they decide to replace it. Also I. This time went through three different consoles until one worked. The replacement got here today and Matrix contracted to only have the 300lbs elliptical delivered to the front door, not assemble elliptical nor remove the defective elliptical. Luckily the driver helped me get it inside. Now I have to call them to get the thing put together but I’ll probably wind up doing it myself so I don’t have to deal with their. terrible customer service again. And I have to figure out how to get rid of the defective 300lbs elliptical. Definitely buy another brand.
