Q: Is the chappal Flexible?

I bought these slippers for my wife using her correct size and the slippers that were delivered were much smaller even though it showed the size ordered for. I returned it and asked for a bigger size and again the slippers were small so I just returned it, never to order again. Either the slippers are not genuine Bata or the sizing is all wrong
