Awesome
Physical therapist used a similar product on me for hip and back pain so I had to get one. It’s wonderful cause you can ice and massage at the same time. Stays cold and feels great.

Love this roller, really intense and holding cold for long time. I use it wherever it hurts, and it numbs nicely. Also my Nurse- Aesthetician uses this instead of ice packs now after injections. Unfortunately, a plastic piece from the roller part broke off for unknown reason, I contacted seller and received prompt response and refund,much appreciated. Ordered new one immediately...trcommend item and seller

It is ok, but there are cheaper alternatives.
This product is ok. It is a little over priced, I think it would be a better value at $30.00 vs. $40. After buying this item, I purchased a cheaper alternative that works just as well, for 1/2 the price. This product is made mostly of plastic, so if it drops, it cracks/breaks very easily and becomes irreparable. The handle is very sturdy and firm, but where the cylinder attaches to the plastic handle breaks and wears out with frequent use.
