I ordered two of these. I use them for work, and they get run a lot. I had a charging issue with one of the units after about 2 years of use. I contacted customer support and they promptly corrected the issue. Its nice they stand by there products.

This product would charge just fine using the power cord in the wall but that kind of defeats the purpose. When the power goes out, I connected all three of the solar panels and regardless of how much sunshine I had the panels were just not working properly and would not charge the unit… Customer Service was very responsive and in the end, I ended up returning the product because it just was not functioning to my expectations… I also found it did not really hold a charge all that long and at one point all I was charging was a cell phone. The power runs down quickly , I like that it has the wattage. I only wish the solar panels were able to charge the unit the way the seller said it would in less time… I also connected it to power charge it to my fuel generator, and it was not charging at all off the generator maybe I just got a lemon?

It didn’t work out and very disappointed. Battery doesn’t last long. I used it to power my Internet router that uses only 16w and it only lasted less than 12 hrs. I also used it to power my pellet stove and it only lasted 6 hours. The fan is always on and very loud. I would not recommend it.

The unit came very well packaged and arrived about 70% charged. Charging it from a wall outlet took it to 100% very quickly (It will pull 1500 watts from the outlet to do so). I really like that the power cord goes directly into the unit without a bulky power adapter to carry around with it. As far as carrying it, this may be the smallest, lightest one on the market with this type of power. The handles on top are in a perfect position for lifting/carrying and it can be done with one hand if you need to. The size of the unit is around the same as a car battery. The AC portion of the unit defaults to 50hz, so be sure to download the app and change it to 60hz if using in America. It has plenty of 12V and 110V outputs and I really liked that it had a 30 amp outlet I could plug my camper directly into. I tested it with all lights on, microwave, A/C, hair dryer and television. This is a very powerful unit.I also like the solar panels a lot. I had read, and watched, other reviews that complained about a loose pouch on the back for the cables but AllPowers clearly updated them as my panels have a sturdy, zippered pocket on the back for the cables and various connectors they provide. The newer panels also have the stands on the back permanently connected on the top side, then Velcro holds them against the case until you are ready to deploy them. Once you pull away the Velcro, they have a strap that holds the stand at the correct angle. They are really nice panels and very light weight. They fold into themselves and then have a carry handle which makes them easy to transport. I was getting about 66% efficiency in late October without really trying to position them exactly.I had some questions when I first used the unit and customer service answered within 12 hours. Very good customer service, which is hard to find these days.All in all, this is a very good buy for a unit as powerful as this along with 3 solar panels.

Had issues with the first one. The second one seems to work much better. Issues with the first one is why I'm giving it four stars. Not sure if that was a fluke, or how long the second one will last since I issues with the first one.

did not work from day 1 and company would not send a return postage tag now i have 2 junk invertors from this company

I ordered two of these DOA right out of the box one wouldn't turn on take a charge nothing second one almost blew up when I plugged it in no quality control whatsoever waste of time waste of money
