I looked at a lot of faucets and I have to say the overall look of this design is the top of the heap. I know it is like art, and up to individual taste, and it has to go with your décor. To me the design just flows; there isn't anything awkward about it.I like the option of having a spray feature. To be honest with you I am converting my bathroom faucets over in the house to kitchen style ones. Having taken the measurement, and noticed that the distance from the mount in the back to the outermost tip of the spray head in the parked position is only a little over half way into the bowl, so it works out perfect. I am tired of the tiny trickle designs on my bathroom faucets. You have to wait a half hour (hyperbole) to fill a cup of water, let alone when you want to wash something it is difficult with such a small reach from the tip of bathroom faucets to the bottom of the bowl. They heck with dainty elegance, I want functional control.The brushed stainless has a nickel type of appearance to it. There isn't anything about it I don't like, except for the base plate is not included. You can contact Peerless directly for that. No downsides. Best way to install the faucet if you are putting it into a vanity is to take the top off, hook everything up, and only have to do the final connects which are easy to reach. Highly recommended.

The water runs slower than my old faucet. It takes longer to fill sink with water. The spray head would not stay all the way in. There is a weight to add to line to keep it seated but not much help. I added an o-ring to spray head and that helped. Easy to install.

Budget faucet just OK. We got about three years usage from the first purchase before the sprayer hose fractured. Replacement was in kind. Hoses on this purchase were 6" too short to reach shut off valves.Suggest verify length of hoses needed. My shut off valves came straight up and close to cabinet floor. Considering the difficulty in my install I decided to spend $16 on hoses to extend. Otherwise I would have returned. Really disappointed in this product.

We've been needing a new faucet for our laundry room and this one has worked perfect. Good flow on both hot and cold and the brushed finish cleans well. Installation was standard and went very quick. The only thing I'll mention that takes some getting used to for me is how the handle moves. Hot/cold control is done be moving the handle from straight at you to straight up while flow is controlled by rotating it out away from the plane of the temperature. It's just not intuitive to me though maybe it gets better if it's your main faucet. In any case the movement is smooth and everything seems to be made well. If you like the look this one's a winner.

This faucet by Peerless in stainless steel looks great! Doesn't stain as Chrome variety but the price difference is nearly double so you might want to factor that in when making your purchasing decision. I love not having to slave over the faucet, our water is heavily processed and every drop shows. The curved handle makes it look somewhat unusual, more modern maybe? The hose retracts and snaps back in easily. It doesn't dock as perfectly as some of the other high-end faucets but there are no hiccups either. Water stream and water control are both great. If you need a deck plate for three holes sinks installation just contact the company, they will send you one. This look is great and if you have an additional hole, adding a soap dispenser would look great too.
