This is easy to fit and it works great. It effectively stops my round shoulders. I am able to wear it all day and I FEEL better as a result of being more upright. My sorted round shoulders issue has at the same time fixed my neck pain.I am 70kg, and 6 feet tall; so tall and slim. It fits me easily.This corrector has a long strip of Velcro which makes it BOTH feel more secure AND ALSO easier to loosen off in order to get or on or off.
