The Andy Griffith Show Book: From Miracle Salve to Kerosene Cucumbers

Da ich wusste dass es sich um ein gebrauchtes Buch handelt kann ich über die geknickten Seiten hinweg sehen. Der Preis war dementsprechend niedrig. Das Buch kam einige Zeit (und gut verpackt) vor dem angegebenen Lieferdatum bei mir an. Inhaltlich ist es ein tolles Buch. Auf jeden Charakter und jede Folge der Serie wird eingegangen und es gibt viele schwarz/weiß und Farbfotos von Szenen und den Darstellern. Dieses Buch ist eine Sonderausgabe zum 35jährigen 'Geburtstag' der Serie und beinhaltet mehr Fotos und Informationen als die vorherige Ausgabe. Ich kann das Buch jedem Fan der Serie uneingeschränkt empfehlen!Achtung: Das Buch ist in den USA erschienen und komplett in englischer Sprache.

Recently I have been very interested in purchising my first Andy Griffith show book.I closely researched all the Andy Griffith show book's and came to the conclusion that this was the one to get , based on it was one of the more recent book's and the review's were quete strong , and it was just what I was looking for.GLAD I DID! It's got all the possible information on the show possible! Not looking atthe making of it or behind the scene's but closely viewing EVERY charecter possible!It cover's all the main charecter's in full detail and has section's on the minor charecter's as well! Example's are Warren (that poor old guy) , Ellie Walker , Ernist T Bass , Emnett Clark , Rafe Hollister and that bumpling barber Floyd!All picture's are Black and White but their is an actual picture section from the show with color included in some!They went into full detail in this book , listing a Mayberry Town Directory , Mt.Pilot directory and a Mayberry yellow page's section!For the quiz buff's their is a load of trivia in here as well! Their are also a tone of fact's you will learn about everyone to! Example did you know Floyd has a sister named Virginia Lee? I didnt! They even list song's based on The Andy Griffith show with complete lyric's! There is also a complete 249 episode guide with a breif description of the episode!Everything is here! I recommend this to Andy Griffith Show fan's and to people just wanting an easy refference guide with info to!Get it if you can find it anywhere!Cheers!

I am a fan of the old Andy shows, and this book was fun to read! So much interesting info...a great gift for anyone who loves the show. However, if someone has read a bunch of others, I am not sure how much is repeated info. This is the first book I have read about the show, and I loved it!
