I have no means to print labelsTheir only responses:The floor locks do not hold weight, they are just used to stabilize the item. The item should have casters on them, I would assume, and the casters are what holds the weight. I hope this helps!Question 1. My opinion: My experience has been with these units is it lifts the wheels slightly off the floor keeping the table or cart from moving when you’re working and moving boxes, etc., on it!Question 2-3 No response

These are an excellent size for the harborfreight 5 inch casters. Just enough to keep them off the ground. There is a bit of a lose fit of the foot where it is pinned in and this causes my welding bench to have a bit of wobble. They seem like quality pieces though.

I have not ordered mine yet, but that is exactly what it is supposed to do. Lift whatever you attached to just high enough to get the casters off of the floor to prevent movement they are specific to your caste size: I have seen them for four and five inch casters on amazon.

I must be using it wrong. I expected to activate the lock and have it adjust to the floor and hold. But it lifts the tool chest off the casters. Getting my foot in there to activate it is also very tight. I'm sure it's a good product, just not exactly what I thought I was getting.
