Easy to read and motivational
Love this book. You can literally feel Dianne's bubbly positive vibes oozing out of every page. I just needed a bit of a kick-start and a new perspective and this lovely book was just the right thing. Thank you.

Loved it, great book with lots of hints and tips to get moving
Loved this book. Its a great that all the moves are so easy to follow and something for everyone. There are so many different types of movement that you can find something that suits you and make it become part of your routine. Recipes are great as well, healthy but not over complicated to recreateAnd lovely to hear Dianne's story within all the hints and tips.

I was so happy to be able to delve into this book and it didn't disappoint, I loved the easy flow of the book, with insights into Diane's lifestyle and diet, exercise ideas and recipes to try. This would make a lovely gift for a friend or family member or even just for yourself.
