I love this brand and trying new probiotics. This probiotic has a really high CFU count heavy on SBOs with a few gut friendly Lactobacilus strains, and a nice superfood fermented blend. As the other reviews said this is more of a travel/cleanse size just to try things out. But this seems to be a powerful probiotic so I do think it's worth it in this case although it does seem a bit odd and wasteful for a 7 day amount. In any case this shorter time let me review this more fully than other probiotics and supplements.This of course has very well selected ingredients and veggie caps in line with the quality of this brand. The cool thing about probiotics with the fermented blends like this is that you can take them without food and this is what I did at night for 7 days.I usually don't have much of a response to probiotics either way as I have pretty bad gut issues but I continue to take them along with oregano oil and other stuff in helps of getting things back to normal. During the 7 days I was experiencing more stomach upset than usual but it is hard for me to tell if this is linked to the probiotic.In all this is probably worth it to try but it's hard for me to say vs people who respond more favorably to the SBO if this would make a difference say if you had stomach upset while traveling or ar a one time cleanse.

I've been taking high dosage of probiotics for almost a year now battling out some reproductive system and autoimmune issues. The main reason I ordered these is because I'm taking massive amounts of probiotics because I have been taking a lot of antibiotics from some health issues and I'm determined to not create another problem with a yeast issue. This is only a 7-day supply, so be mindful that this is a tiny bottle. It can give you an opportunity to try them out. Since I'm taking so many probiotics and have been consistently I really didn't notice a difference. I didn't have any stomach upset which can happen if you start out such as having gas or cramping which is pretty common if you are not used to probiotics. I didn't have any negative reactions. That's all I can tell you and they seem good to me.
