i have my first experience on front load washing machine..it really nice but be aware of technician
The media could not be loaded. i am reviewing this product after 3 days of my purchasing.My LG front load washing machine 8kg:-1 . you have to be aware of technician activities.2. you have to ask all things.3.after demo and once you have to yourself before technicaian.3. my washing liquid takes away technician i am not aware of that.4. you have to buy some detergent or liquid for front load washing machine5. if you buy white washing machine must have washing machine coverso that your machine will dust free.after all of that i say washing machine is really goodRPM - 1400(max)temp. 95°max

Horrid experience from LG
Bought a LG front load washing machine a month ago. It broke down after about 4 washes. From the 5th run, the quick 30 program ran for about 1 hour and clothes came out dirty with detergent stuck on them and 90% of the detergent still in the dispenser unused. After lodging a complaint with customer care, a technician visit was scheduled. After rescheduling my day to become available, the technician was late, but that was only the beginning of the nightmare about to unfold.He was rude, condescending, and talking down to me as if I do not know how to operate the machine even after telling him that I have the same model for many years now. Then, after loading the machine as per his instructions, he started making ad-hoc fixes (like adding extra 10 min rinse time, pausing mid-cycle and manually opening the detergent dispenser in between etc.) and simply stated that everything is fine with the machine. When the quick 30 program took 52 minutes to finish in front of the technician, he said that is how it is, in his words "30 mins in quick 30 is not clock 30 mins, this is an AI program". He also insisted that the machine was taking longer due to using Tide, and one should use "expensive" detergents. A particular detergent should or should not be used is not in the manual, and when I pointed it out he said he is the researcher/expert and customer should believe his words and not the manual.When I insisted that this looks like a defective product, he made (or pretended to) make some calls to colleagues and during the call made irrelevant inappropriate remarks about the customer being given clarity, but not agreeing.He refused to admit there is a problem and on insisting that I get a replacement, he said "warranty means warranty, there will be no replacement"He blamed the water, Bangalore weather, detergent (and everything under the sun) but refused to see the problem in the washing machine. The worst part is how intimidating he is and now, should one be wary of scheduling a technician visit from LG team when one is alone in the home?
