We'd never heard of this squash variety before watching a YouTube video about squash bug-resistant plants. Seeds came very quickly, sprouted very quickly! One of the best germination rates for squash we've had. I can't review taste since we're still a few weeks from the plants producing squash. We read the young squash tastes like zucchini or summer squash while further ripening results in a butternut squash taste. And no idea if bug-resistant is true, but fingers crossed!

After losing all my squash to the squash vine borer I did some research and found this. In this case resistant does not mean impervious but out of 4 vines only one was touched and did end up being a loss. But I love this stuff. First off what a conversation piece :). I mean look at this stuff. You are supposed to pick at about 12 inches for summer type squash. It tastes like zucchini to me. I have sauted, shredded and made a delicious relish with it. At the end of the season you leave it on the vine and it gets huge and is a winter squash like acorn. Try it, you will not be disappointed!

About 90% of seeds germinated well. Grew as advertised.

SO much fun to grow! I didn’t expect much buying seeds online however these are so cool and so fun to watch them grow. I would totally buy these again!

Do not purchase seeds do not sprout, tried several and all are not sprouting, waste of money.
