We have a 4 yr old- 65 lb boxer/Lab mix who's as strong as a bull. she kept breaking leashes by either snapping metal clasps or tearing fabric on either the leash or harness because she pulls hard, especially when she tries to chase a cat, rabbit or squirrel. We finally found a leash that has been holding up to her strength, but the issue is the attached zipper bag to hold baggies. It's held on by a plastic connector that popped off within a week, so I carry it in my pocket.The low handle is very useful for getting her in better control when we know she's going to try to chase something.

The leash is very well made. I have a big lab and he’s strong. So I wanted a leash that could stand up to me correcting him and not allow him to take off. I love the attached zip pouch for poop bags. And the shorter handle is really handy.

I know I can confidently walk my very strong, large (110 lbs. ) power dog with this leash. No matter how much he pulls , jumps, and is reactive I know the leash will not falter and break.I really like this leash and the comfortable double handles. That being said the thread on my traffic handle started to unravel. I have had the leash over 6 months. I contacted the seller, and was extremely pleased with their customer service. They replaced my leash no questions asked. This type of customer service rarely exist today.

Good & sturdy leash. Has some weight to it and we bought this for our puppy. He is a lab/boxer mix so he will be able to handle the leash soon, but it is a bit heavy or could be heavy for a smaller dog. We ended up using this for our larger lab mix and using a lighter leash for the pup (for now). If you are looking for a leash with strength and typical ease of use, this is the one. The attached bag holder is a nice addition. It expands to hold a double roll or larger than usual bag holder. The length is good and all handles are double sewn. Great leash! I would recommend for larger breeds.

I love this leash! The neoprene handles are great for training your dogs. Especially the ones that may pull quickly. I am in the medical field and I have seen people almost lose fingers while trying to hold on to a leash. I have bought them for gifts as well.

I honestly love it's very easy and convenient. Has a great grip that doesn't hurt and I think it was perfect for training.

This is a very nice leash and matches the new collars I bought for my German Shepherds. These are definitely lighter duty than their old leashes so time will tell how durable they are. My dogs only get leashed when going to the vet or groomer so leash use is very limited but if I needed leashes on a regular basis for large, strong dogs (mine are ~100lbs each) then I would probably not consider these as they are not what I consider to be heavy duty, despite the name.

The leash works well and looks good quality. I have used it with my dog (a large breed dog) and so far it is comfortable to hold.The small backpack for the bags can be adjusted very well to the leash and does not make noise like the plastic ones, I liked that a lot.I think I would buy another one if necessary.

We have a Newfypoo puppy and given her rapidly increasing bulk, it seemed likely that our retractable lead was not up to safely restraining her. We had a short lead, but at about 3 ft it was too short to be practical with a huge marauding puppy. This one at 6 feet is rather more practical: I find that if I hold the handle with my right hand and the lead at about the middle in my left hand, it provides a little “suspension” if the beastie suddenly surges forward. The extra handle is useful when we come to a road and the poop bag holder is a bonus. I would recommend this lead to those with larger dogs, but it would in my opinion be massive overkill for any dog smaller than a Springer.

Great lead, it's long and comfortable to hold as the handles are neoprene lined. The second handle turns the lead into a short lead which is great for close work. It even has a poo bag holder attached. Very well made. The best lead I have had in a long time

Bought for my 6month old Cane Corso and it is great. The extra handle lower down is excellent when extra control is required and it's a great length for letting her have a sniff around whilst we're out on a walk

This lead is very comfortable to hold, my dog does have a tendency to pull at times and it still doesn't hurt my hand. It's long enough so I don't need to stand right near him while he does his business and the traffic handle is only 1 foot from the collar which is superb for me as many other leads place it 2 feet up which gives my tall dog way to much room for error in busy areas.

Really pleased with this, so glad I bought it.I’ve been look for a really study lead for some time with a decent length for our Golden retriever. This fit the job perfectly.The grab handle is brilliant when needed.Looks great too.
