DoveMen+Care Clean Comfort Antiperspirant Stick, 48 Hour Powerful Protection, 1.7 Ounce (Pack of 6)

I prefer a deodorant to an antiperspirant for daily use. At the gym I use a spray antiperspirant but find that for normal daily activities a deodorant is sufficient. I used to always use an antiperspirant daily but I got tired of all the staining left behind on my white undershirts. This deodorant does not cause undershirt stains and that's a big plus in my book. Also, even if the scientific community is not in agreement, concerns about how aluminum may negatively react with the body are also part of my thought process when it comes to selecting a deodorant product over an antiperspirant.I used to switch up deodorants pretty much after every tube was finished. That wasn't necessarily because they weren't working for me, but more often than not because I just got tired of the scent and wanted to try something new. In this Dove Men line I have tried both this Clean Comfort scent and their Extra Fresh scent. Both scents are nice and refreshing, but of the two I've tried I prefer this Clean Comfort version. I think it smells more like soap and less like a cologne and I prefer a clean straight forward scent if I am going to have any scent on at all. This meets that criteria and is appropriately named. This Clean Comfort Scent is now the only deodorant I purchase/use and it's the first time I've stuck with a deodorant product for such a long period of time since using Mennen Speed Stick all through high school.

I've tried all kinds of natural and aluminum free deodorants and this one is the best that I've come across. The scent is good and keeps me from stinking all day.

By far, the best deodorant I have ever used!I'm a fair skinned red head with VERY sensitive skin and this Dove deodorant has been the best for my skin.The reason I ordered through Amazon is that this specific type of Dove (Cool Silver) is no longer available in the majority of brick and morter retailers. I'm just very grateful that Amazon supports online suppliers that can provide these hard to find items.

I really like the scent of this product. It's clean and fresh while not being overwhelming. The stick application is easy and goes on smoothly too.My only issue is that it just doesn't last all that long. I find that it's effective for maybe 6 hours of non stressful, non physical activity(ordinary work conditions) and then it's gone. Still I really like the smell so much that I continue to use it after work, when I go out in the evenings and it works fine.I wish it were more effective...but just deal with how it works for me. I'm not unhappy about it, but will likely try something else going forward and hope it works longer/better.

Unfortunately Dove makes different men's deodorant scents, some of which are light blue in actual deodorant color and some of which are dark blue, the dark blue ones working stronger, and their pictures for this did not match. It also cannot be returned so stuck with 4 sticks of the lighter deodorant that does not work as well.Edit: They gave me a no-hassle refund so while the picture didn't match the exact type of deodorant I would buy from them again given their quick response in making it right.

When I started wearing synthetic performance shirts without a cotton t-shirt (as I've just moved to a much warmer climate and get quite a sweat going just walking outside a few minutes), I started noticing my previous deodorant (not an antiperspirant) was not sufficient. This product does the trick. I usually have no appreciable body odor at the end of the day. Scent is mild, no major complaints, smells a bit like Dove soap. Product works great and I'm planning on buying it again.

Horrible gimmicks! This is a different product! The picture is not correct! It looks and acts like an antiperspirant.I can't believe they have changed the product under the same packaging... The original one, which I have been using for many years was just a deodorant, blue and clear. This new one (don't let the picture mislead you) is very light blue mixed with something white and it is almost green. It appears to actually be an antiperspirant, which I don't like at all. It doesn't smell nicely as the original one... Bought some from WM as well - the same thing, they have changed the formula while using the same packaging/name of the product... Not sure how legal it is a manufacturer to do such things in the USA.So:1. The name of the product is wrong (it is not the product, which people are used buying)2. The description of the product is misleading (it’s not a deodorant but antiperspirant)3. The picture is wrong (it shows the old blue color on top).I hope I can still find the old one somewhere. If you are used to the old one - this one is horrible!

It works great, doesn’t irritate or stain clothes. The scent is not overwhelming or anything.
