Pathetic after sales service in Chennai
If you are used to sleeping in a AC room daily and if you are living in Chennai then please don't buy this product because the after sales service is pathetic. The installation of AC alone took 3-4 days and I had bitter experience with the breakdown service as well. Both during installation and breakdown same thing happened where they said the technician will come after 4 in the evening, the technician called at 5:30 PM and checked my address and said he will come in another 30 mins. Then by 6:10 their executive will call back and will say that technician came to your location, waited for you for 30 mins but your mobile was not reachable and so he left. Then he will say the next slot is available on next day only. This will keep repeating until for another 3-4 days and only then the technician will reach your home.After the installation they continuously nudged for applying for extended warranty and I am not sure how come my mobile goes to not reachable during installation and service but it remains available during canvas for extended warranty.

My own experiance is this product is worsted product of india and service also kuchra.. Service centers are thieves. And no one listens by complaining.
